2020 began well enough ...
... but then covid came along and a few things had to change ...
... we learned to adapt, and soon began to video our worship services, and most of the congregation viewed online.
Our first worship video after the lock down was aired on Easter Sunday ...
Easter Sunday began with a brisk run from the grave yard, with the the expectation of proclaiming Good News of the empty tomb to an empty church ...
... we were surprised to find the sanctuary far from empty, ...
... although very friendly, the sight of our greeters was enough to give any human visitors paws ...
... those who did actually fill the pews were frankly quite un-bear-able.
... for a while, we offered only online services, and yet we found that even in a pandemic, ... still God always, always, shows up ...
Later in the year, we resumed on-site service
and masks became standard worship attire
