Pastor
Scott Holland
Reverend Scott Holland grew up in Hickory, NC and received his undergraduate degree in business administration and accounting from UNC - Chapel Hill in 1982. Before entering ordained ministry, he served as a CPA for 21 years. He then earned his Master of Divinity from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, graduating in 2007.
Pastor Scott is married to Sandra, who serves as an Associate in Ministry at St. Andrews Lutheran, Columbia. They have two children, Sarah, who is a recent graduate of Columbia College and Ben, who is currently attending Lenoir Rhyne University. They also have two dogs, Zera and Sophie. In his spare time, Pastor Scott enjoys playing guitar and reading.

Director of Christian Education and Youth Ministries
Sarah Hofmann
Sarah joined our staff in 2011. She holds a BA in Special Education from Florida State University, a Master of Education from the University of Central Florida, and a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College. She is married and has two young adult children. Before coming to Bethlehem, she taught special education for 12 years.

Administrative Assistant
Cindy McManus
Cindy has been an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager for non-profits on and off for the past ten years, including two other ELCA churches. She moved to SC from Winston-Salem NC this past January to live close to her son and his family. She also has two daughters, both living in Milwaukee WI, with their families. She has three grandsons, Alex, Freddy, & Will who will soon be joined by a beautiful granddaughter. Cindy is originally from Ohio and has lived in 7 states during her lifetime. She has a precious doggie named Sweet Pea. She enjoys reading, playing with her grandchildren, movies, and playing with Sweet Pea.

Church Musician
Martha Hill
Martha Gregory Hill was born in Chester, SC. She studied music at Lander and Converse. She retired from Newberry School District as school library media specialist. She is married to Robert Hill and they live in Lexington. She is interested in children's books; walking local trails, and learning Hebrew.

Church Sexton
Kenneth Sease
Kenneth Sease has been a proud member of Bethlehem since 1990. He is an electrician by trade and is a graduate of Columbia High. He is proud to serve Bethlehem by keeping the building clean and ready for worship to the Lord. When not working at the church, Kenneth enjoys hunting, fishing and gardening. In addition, he is an accomplished acoustic and electric guitarist and often plays in the Worship Service!
